I'm a huge fan of Sailor Moon and Chibi usa is my favourite character. She's so kawaii!
I drew this in college for my art A-level. It's based on a cel I own. I photocopied the cel, traced over it with a pencil and coloured it in. The college didn't have a very big selection of colouring pencils but I'm pleased with the way this turned out.
